And Now for Something Completely Different (1971) (1) [Corporal]: Laughs himself to death after reading the world's funniest joke on a military testing field. (2) [Nigel Incubator-Jones]: Commits suicide by bludgeoning himself with a pistol at the end of the Upper-Class Twit of the Year Competition.
Jabberwocky (1977) [Poacher]: Partially eaten by the monster in the woods; his remains are shown again later on when they're discovered.
Monty Python's Life of Brian (1979) (1) [Simon the Holy Man]: Presumably killed (off-screen) by John Cleese's band of fanatics, after Terry attacks Graham Chapman; we last see him being carried away, but considering John's incitements to violence, it seems safe to assume that he was killed. (2) [Saintly Passer-By]: Executed by crucifixion, after he offers to help Chris Langham carry his cross, and is left holding it when Chris runs off; the movie ends with all the prisoners hanging on their crosses and singing.
Monty Python Life at the Hollywood Bowl (1982) [Anti-Racism Singer]: Killed in an explosion during the "Never Be Rude to an Arab" song.
Monty Python's The Meaning of Life (1983): (1) [Mrs. Brown]: Liver cut out (off-screen) by Graham Chapman and John Cleese; the scene ends with her agreeing to donate her liver and walking away with John, but she appears as a spirit in Heaven during the final scene. (2) [Mr. Creosote]: Stomach explodes after John Cleese feeds him a wafer-thin mint to finish off Terry's gluttonous feast. (3) [Leaf #1]: Providing the voice of a leaf in an animated segment, he commits suicide by falling from the tree. (4) [Fiona Portland-Smyth]: Dies of food poisoning (along with the other dinner guests) from Eric Idle's spoiled salmon mousse; they all collapse when the Grim Reaper (John Cleese) collects them, and their spirits rise from their bodies and follow John to Heaven. Erik the Viking (1989) [King Arnulf]: Drowns after refusing to get on Tim Robbins' boat while continuously stating that the island he is on is not sinking.
Absolutely Anything (2015) [Scientist Alien/Truck Driver]: Playing a dual role, as the voice of the "Scientist Alien", Terry is blown up, along with the rest of the Galactic Council (voiced by John Cleese, Michael Palin and Terry Gilliam), when Dennis the Dog (voiced by Robin Williams) uses his powers to wish the source of that power be destroyed, causing the alien laser heading towards Earth to curve back into their spaceship. ("Truck Driver" survives the film; Played for comic effect.)

(Note: The Pythons played multiple roles in every episode; I will only be listing the specific characters that die in the various episodes.)
Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 4, Owl Stretching Time (1969) [Mr. Tinned-Peach, correction, Thompson]: Crushed to death when John Cleese drops a 16-ton weight on him, as Terry attacks John with a raspberry in a self-defense class.

Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 7, You're No Fun Anymore (1969) [Mary Podgorny]: Eaten by a giant alien blancmange while Michael Palin looks on in horror; we only hear the sound effects and see Michael's reaction after Terry disappears from the frame.
Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 10, Untitled (1969) [Ron Obvious]: Falls to his death while trying to jump into outer space, on top of numerous injuries from other failed stunts; the scene ends on a freeze-frame of him screaming as he leaps into the air, followed by a shot of his tombstone.
Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 11, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Goes to the Bathroom (1969): (1) [Undertaker] Killed in a car crash (off-camera) while racing his hearse against Graham Chapman; we only hear the crash, followed by a shot of several other undertakers celebrating. (2) [Assistant Chief Constable Theresamanbehindyer] Shot to death (off-screen) during a murder investigation; the scene cuts to a different sketch before his death, and his body is shown among the pile of dead police officers when the sketch resumes. (3) [Undertaker] Dies of exhaustion from carrying a heavy coffin after the other undertakers also die; he opens the coffin and collapses inside, after which the coffin proceeds to the graveyard on its own power.

Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 21, Archaeology Today (1970) [Professor Lucien Kastner]: Killed (along with Michael Palin) in a fight with John Cleese and Carol Cleveland at an archeological dig site, while Terry is standing on Michael's shoulders; his body is shown lying on the ground in the foreground while Michael makes his dying remarks to the camera.
Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 23, Scott of the Antarctic (1970): (1) [Chef] Shot in the chest with an arrow in a montage sequence in a French art-film parody. (2) [Brian Distel] Killed in an explosion (along with Carol Cleveland) when Carol's cabbage explodes in that same art-film.
Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 24, How Not to Be Seen (1970) [Ludovic Grayson]: Killed in an explosion when the "How Not to Be Seen" film crew blow him up while he's hiding inside a filing cabinet and being interviewed by Michael Palin.
Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 30, Blood, Devastation, Death, War and Horror (1972) [Mr. Ford]: Dropped through a trapdoor by John Cleese in John's office. (I don't know whether this is fatal or not, but I thought I'd list it just in case.)
Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 40, The Golden Age of Ballooning (1974) [Tirpitz]: Thrown out of a zeppelin by Graham Chapman.
Monty Python's Flying Circus: Episode 42, The Light Entertainment War (1974) [Tramp]: Run over (off-camera), along with Michael Palin, by Graham Chapman, when their light comedy segues into a spy thriller; their legs are shown sticking out from under Graham's car afterwards.
Monty Python's Flying Circus; Episode 45, The Party Political Broadcast (1974) [Patient]: Bleeds to death after being stabbed in the stomach by Carol Cleveland (off screen); he dies while being forced to fill out paperwork by Graham Chapman before he can treat him.
