- Quantum Leap: A Leap for Lisa (1992) [Lt. Lisa Sherman]: Dies in a car crash. Her death is undone when Dean Stockwell sends his younger self back in time to prevent it.
- Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Tears of the Prophets (1998) [Jadzia Dax]: Blasted with a burst of energy by Marc Alaimo (who is possessed by one of the Pah-wraiths), then dies shortly afterwards with Michael Dorn at her side, after the Trill Dax is removed from her body.
