- Phantom of the Mall: Erics Revenge (1989) [Security Guard] Stabbed by Derek Rydall.
- Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) [Tanker Truck Driver]: Stabbed in the chest/impaled by Robert Patrick on the highway after Robert's arm morphs into a blade. (Thanks to Tal)
- Crocodile (2000) [Shurkin]: Devoured by the crocodile (off-screen), when trying to be rescued by Harrison Young.
- The Pumpkin Karver (2006) [Ben Wickets]: Stabbed repeatedly in the chest with a pumpkin-carving tool by Michael Zara, after Amy Weber stabs Terrence in the back while Terrence is trying to kill Michael. (Michael sees Terrence as David J. Wright's ghost during the attack; his body is revealed as Terrence when Michael looks back afterwards.) (The US DVD includes an "Easter Egg" alternate version of the scene, in which Terrence is impaled through the back with a metal pole by Amy while he's trying to kill Michael. In this version, he appears as Terrence throughout the scene, not as the ghost/hallucination of David.)
