- St. Elsewhere: My Aim is True (1984) [Dr. Peter White]: Shot by Ellen Bry in the hospital morgue, after Ellen confronts him about the rapes he committed; he dies in the following episode (Fade to White). He later appears as a spirit in David Morse's dream in the episode Sweet Dreams, and as a spirit in the afterlife in the 1986 episode After Life.
- Angel of Death (1990 TV) [Vince Slade]: Bludgeoned to death with the claw of a hammer by Gregory Harrison during a struggle.
- The Hitchhiker: Made in Paris (1991) [Leon Vance]: Dies of shock/blood loss after his arm gets caught/mangled in one of his machines, while backing away from his workers.
- Lois & Clark: The Green, Green Glow of Home (1993) [Jason Trask]: Shot in the chest by Joleen Lutz as he was about to shoot Dean Cain with a kryptonite bullet. His body sinks to the bottom of the river.
- The Invaders (1995 miniseries) [Lt. Mac Coyle]: Killed in an explosion in a subway station, along with Shannon Kenny, when Terence shoots at Shannon (igniting the methane gas in the station) while trying to break free of Shannon's alien control.
- Pacific Blue: Soft Targets (1997) [Zack Torrance]: Shot and wounded by Rebecca McFarland trying to save Jim Davidson from him then is shot by Sherman Howard.
