Video Game Deaths[]
- Dead Rising (2006) [Frank West]: Terence survives the game canonically, but can die in a number of endings:
- In Endings C and E, Terence's fate is ambiguous as he remains trapped in Willamette, but he is presumably killed after being stranded.
- In Ending D, Terence's fate is ambiguous as he is captured and as he tries to escape, a soldier stops him by aiming a gun and he is presumably executed. (According the survivor chart in the ending, Terence's picture is darkened, making it likely that Terence was executed).
- In Ending F, Terence, along with everyone in Willamette is either killed in the explosion of the mall or the zombie overrun.
- In the Overtime failure ending, Terence turns into a zombie after being unable to receive a dose of a remedy against the infection.
- Dead Rising 2: Case West (2010) [Frank West]: Although Terence survives the game canonically, in a failure cutscene, Terence, along with Peter Flemming are captured by agents and may be executed later on (although this is not seen, it is implied).
- Dead Rising 2: Off the Record (2011) [Frank West]: Although Terence survives the game "canonically" and this game is not part of the real storyline, Terence can die in a number of possible endings:
- In Ending B, Terence is pinned down by a zombified Daren Herbert and is killed by zombies (off-screen).
- In Ending C, Terence is incinerated in the firebombing that was performed by the U.S. military.
- In Ending D, Terence is shot by an unseen attacker (possibly Robyn Ross making an escape).
- In Ending E, Terence is eaten by gas zombies or incinerated in the firebombing.
- Resident Evil 2 (Biohazard RE:2) (2019) [William Birkin]: Killed in an explosion when the underground laboratory he is inside of self-destructs. (See also Diego Matamoros in the 1998 version.)
