- Supernatural: Clip Show (2013) [Sarah Blake]: She is magically strangled by a witch's spell used by Mark Sheppard. Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki failed to find the hex bag in time and she died.
- Impastor: Exodus (2015) [Yvette]: Fatally shot in her right breast with an arrow by Sara Rue as she took a shot at her in the previous episode Flings & Arrows. This event was shown in flashback in this episode. She was shot and finally killed in her car by Colin Lawrence.
