- Sometimes They Come Back (1991 TV) [Kate]: Hanged (off-screen) by Robert Rusler and Nicholas Sadler in a barn; her body is shown afterwards when Tim Matheson discovers her.
- Space: Above and Beyond: The Angriest Angel (1996) [Lt. Kelly Anne Winslow]: Killed in an explosion when an alien ship fires on her escape pod, after she ejects from her damaged ship.
- Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Destiny (2014; animated) [Shaak Ti]: Impaled by a Lightsaber in the Back, her death was only a Vision to Yoda.
- Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Victory and Death (2020; animated) [Shaak Ti]: Although she doesn't appeared, she was killed offscreen by Anakin Skywalker (Matt Lanter). (Note: This Episode takes place during Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005), see also Orli Shoshan who plays Ahsoka in the films.)
- Star Wars: The Bad Batch: The Solitary Clone (2023; animated) [Tawni Ames]: Shot to death by Crosshair (Dee Bradley Baker).

- Metal Gear Solid (1998) [Sniper Wolf]: Is euthanized via gunshot wound to the head by David Hayter after being in a sniper battle with David.
- Predator: Concrete Jungle (2005) [Isabella Borgia/MOTHER]: Impaled by Scarface's Combistick.
- Dissidia: Final Fantasy (2008) [Ultimecia]: Killed at the end of a fight against Doug Erholtz, while Tasia is speaking to Doug.
- Batman: Arkham Asylum (2009) [Poison Ivy/Martha Wayne]: Playing dual roles, Martha Wayne is shot off-screen during the second Scarecrow hallucination sequence alongside Kevin Conroy’s Thomas Wayne. Poison Ivy survives the game.
- Batman: Arkham Knight (2015) [Poison Ivy]: Disintegrates in Kevin Conroy's arms after sacrificing her life to clear John Noble's fear gas from Gotham.
