The Breed (2006) [Sara]: Attacked in the attic by one of the genetically enhanced dogs, grappling, they crash through the window and both accidentally impaled (Taryn Impaled on her back through her stomach) on the broken spindle of the children's roundabout in the yard below.
Kill Theory (2009) [Alex]: Accidentally shot to death by Patrick Flueger when she steps down the basement ladder as Patrick thinks this is Kevin Gage.
The Devil's Tomb (2009) [Sarah Harrington - Doc]: Killed off-screen, and subsequently possessed, dying again in an explosion caused by Cuba Gooding Jr..
Groupie (2010) [Stacey Simms]: Shot to death by Hal Ozsan as she charges up the stairs at him and Bevin Prince.
The Vault (2017) [Vee Dillon]: Her death is possibly implied at the end of the movie. The movie ends when she is grabbed by Jesse J. Clarkson from behind as her sister, Francesca Eastwood, watches in horror.
Every Last One of Them (2021) [Maggie]: Shot to death, (along with Jake Weber), by Richard Dreyfuss.
Karen (2021) [Karen Drexler]: Killed by Jasmine Burke as she shoots her back for saving Brandon Sklenar from attempted to murdering him and her during the ended up with intense fight at the film.

Orange is the New Black: The Big House (2019) [Tiffany "Pennsatucky" Doggett]: Overdose off-screen due to a drug offered by Dascha Polanco.
