Urban Legend (Mixed Culture) (1998) [Sasha Thomas]: Hacked to death with an axe by Rebecca Gayheart in the radio studio; we only see Rebecca's shadowy figure swinging the axe. Tara's body (just her hand, actually) is shown again afterwards when Loretta Devine discovers her.
Alone in the Dark (2005) [Aline Cedrac]: Possibly killed (off-screen), along with Christian Slater, by one of the creatures; the movie cuts to black as the creature charges towards them. (Thanks to Germboygel)
