Tara Reid (1975 - )

Film Deaths:

Urban Legend (Mixed Culture) (1998) [Sasha Thomas]: Hacked to death with an axe ( the body injuries themselves are off-screen), along with her fellow DJ, by Rebecca Gayheart in the radio studio while Alicia Witt looks on helplessly; we only see Rebecca's shadowy figure swinging the axe. The motion and trajectory of Gayheart's axe swings in correlation with Reid's positioning suggest the axe was brought down upon her twice with immense force splitting her cranium, the third and final motion of the axe suggest her split head was then decapitated. Tara's body (just her hand, actually) is shown again afterwards when Loretta Devine discovers her. NOTE: A deleted scene that was uploaded on Youtube shows Rebecca stabbing Tara to death seven times with her knife while on the staircase.

Alone in the Dark (2005) [Aline Cedrac]: Possibly killed (off-screen), along with Christian Slater, by one of the creatures; the movie cuts to black as the creature charges towards them. (Thanks to Germboygel)

Charlie's Farm (2014) [Natasha]: Impaled through the stomach with a rifle by Nathan Jones after first shooting him and thinking he is dead. The scene ends when Nathan picks her up and throws her over his shoulder before walking away into the distance. (Thanks to Hllowx)

Television Death:

Sharknado 5: Global Swarming (2017 TV) [April]: After having her cyborg mechanics upgraded to utilise a solar battery earlier in the film, she explodes after overexerting her energy to stop a vortex from engulfing the planet. Only her head is shown afterwards when Ian Ziering discovers it in the rubble. (Its confirmed that she will return in the 2018 sequel: The Last Sharknado: It's About Time)
