Halloween: Resurrection (2002) [Jennifer "Jen" Danzig]: Decapitated by Michael Myers (Brad Loree) while Bianca Kajlich, Sean Patrick Thomas and Luke Kirby look on. Her severed head then rolls down the stairs.
White Noise: The Light (2007) [Sherry Clarke]: Dies peacefully when Nathan Fillion (appearing as a spectre of himself) places his hand over her heart.
Oculus (2013) [Marie Russell]: Shot in the head by her husband (Rory Cochrane); her death is shown in flashback and her ghostly visage is seen throughout the film.

Battlestar Galactica: Maelstrom (2007) [Captain Kara 'Starbuck' Thrace]: Killed in an explosion when her ship blows up. She later mysteriously reappears in the episode Crossroads Part II. In the later episode Sometimes a Great Notion, Katee and Callum Keith Rennie find the wreckage of her ship and discover her own charred body inside. This suggests that she was indeed killed but had somehow been brought back.
Battlestar Galactica: Daybreak Part 2 (2009) [Captain Kara 'Starbuck' Thrace]: Vanishes into thin air after telling Jamie Bamber that her work is done, indicating that whatever force had brought her back was now letting her move on and die once again.
24: Day 8: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2010) [Dana Walsh]: Shot twice in the chest by Kiefer Sutherland. Her body is shown again in the next episode Day 8: 12:00 p.m.- 01:00 p.m..

Power/Rangers (2015) [Kimberly]: Hit by shrapnel during a battle with giant robots that happens several years before the short begins; her dead body is shown being cradled by Russ Bain as Russ finds out that the version of Katee he's been talking to was merely a disguise put on by Carla Perez.
