Trick or Treat (1986) [Tim Hainey]: Electrocuted when Tony Fields' ghost sticks his own finger in an outlet while holding Doug by the throat, while Marc Price looks on helplessly.
Masquerade (1988) [Officer Mike McGill]: Impaled through the stomach/chest and throat after Meg Tilly throws him through a window (onto some pointed structure on some docks) at the end of a fight (after she discovers he blew up Rob Lowe).
Paint It Black (1989) [Eric Hinsley]: Falls to his death from a cliff at the end of a struggle with Rick Rossovich.
Maniac Cop 3: Badge of Silence (1993) [Doctor Peter Myerson]: Electrocuted with a defibrillator by Robert Z'Dar.

Melrose Place: The World According to Matt (1998) [Matt Fielding]: Even though he doesn't appear in this episode, it was revealed that he died (off-screen) in a car accident while on his way to have dinner with his friends.
24: Day 3: 6:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m. (2004) [Craig Phillips]: Commits suicide (along with Roger Ranney and others) by taking a cyanide pill after being infected with the Cordilla Virus.
NCIS: New Orleans: Checkmate, Part II (2018) [Associate Attorney General Eric Barlow]: Shoots himself (off-screen) with a pistol.
