- The Frozen Ghost (1945) [Valerie Monet]: Killed (off-screen) when Martin Kosleck injects her with a drug to place her in suspended animation (not knowing that she had a heart condition); her body is shown afterwards when Elena Verdugo discovers her in a wax museum and again later on when Martin checks on her and discovers that she’s really dead and not just frozen.
