All About Lily Chou-Chou (Riri Shushu no subete) (2001) [Tabito Takao]: Hits his head on a rock (off-screen). He body is seen being air lifted off the island he is on vacation, but it is mentioned that he wasn't breathing, so I'll list this.
Sky High (2003) [Tatsuya Kudo]: Shot in the chest multiple times. He is then sent to the underworld where he is once again killed after being stabbed in the chest as he tries to open the door to unleash hell on Earth.
Into the Sun (2005) [Kuroda]: Chest sliced with a sword by Steven Seagal.
Midnight Eagle' (Middonaito îguru) (2007) [Yuji Nishizaki]: Shot to death by the special forces.
Ichi (2008) [Toma Fujihira]: Stabbed to death by Shido Nakamura.
Goemon (2009) [Saizo Kirigakure]: Thrown into a vat of boiling water.
Sakurada Gate Incident (Sakuradamon-gai no hen) (2010) [Tetsunosuke seki] Executed via beheading.
Wolf Children (2012; anime) [Wolf Man]: Falls to his death (off-screen) while hunting in his wolf form in Tokyo. We learn of his death when Aoi Miyazaki see the police recover his body and throwing it into a garbage truck. (For the English version, see David Matranga).
The Lion Standing in the Wind (Kaze ni tatsu raion) (2015) [Dr. Koichiro]: Dies of his wounds after a grenade goes off close to him.
