Justice League Dark: Apokolips War (2020; animated) [Raven]: Erased from exisence when Flash (Christopher Gorham) went back in time to restart the Timeline. Not before giving Damian (Stuart Allan) one last kiss.

American Horror Story: Piggy Piggy (2011) [Violet Harmon]: Commits suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping pills; she is shown afterwards as Evan Peters drags her to the bathtub and attempts to revive her. (Although we're initially led to believe that she survived the attempt, the subsequent episode Smoldering Children revealed that she actually died, and that she had been a ghost ever since this episode.) American Horror Story: Coven: The Seven Wonders (2014) [Zoe Benson]: Accidentally impales herself on the iron gate of the academy while using her powers to transport herself to different locations. She is later revived by Sarah Paulson using her magical powers.

Wicked City: Goodbye Norma Jean (2015) [Karen McClaren]: Stabbed to death by Erika Christensen who then decapitates her corpse (off-screen); her headless body (represented by a special-effects dummy) is shown when the police discover her, and her death is confirmed when Diego Luna, Jeremy Sisto, and Evan Ross find her severed head in an office briefcase.

American Horror Story: Roanoke: Chapter 9 (2016) [Sophie Green]: Impaled on a spike and burned alive by the Roanoke colonists under the orders of the possessed Adina Porter; Her charred remains (along with Jon Bass) are discovered by police officers.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse (2018) [Zoe Benson]: Shot in the head by Kathy Bates and her soul is then destroyed by Cody Fern. Her death is undone in the episode "Apocalypse Then" when Billie Lourd travels back in time to kill Cody so that the apocalypse won't happen.
