TV Deaths[]
- CSI: Family Affair (2010) [Olivia Hamilton]: Dies of internal hemorrhage after Garret Dillahunt deliberately crashes a van into her vehicle. Her body is shown at the crime scene as the CSIs investigate, and again later on in the morgue. Tahyna was pregnant at the time of her death, consequently, her unborn child also died.
