Film Deaths[]

Death Race 2000 (1975) [Machine-Gun Joe Viterbo]: Killed in an explosion, along with Louisa Moritz, after Simone Griffeth throws David Carradine's "hand-grenade" into their car.
F.I.S.T. (1978) [Johnny Kovak]: Shot to death by two gangsters at the end of the movie.
First Blood (1982) [John Rambo]: Although he survives the actual film, there is an alternate ending where he commits suicide by pointing Richard Crenna's gun at his chest as Crenna attempts to shoot it off to the side. Part of this ending can be seen as a dream sequence in Rambo (2008).
Rocky V (1990) [Rocky Balboa]: Although he survives the actual film, there is an alternate ending where he is beaten to death by Tommy Morrison in the boxing ring.
Ratchet & Clank (2016; animated) [Victor Von Ion]: Electrocuted when David Kaye uses water on him.
Samaritan (2022) [Samaritan/Nemesis]: Playing twin brothers, "Samaritan" dies after falling to his death in a burning building after a fight with his brother; his death is revealed in a flashback. ("Nemesis" survives the film)
The Expendables 4 (2023) [Barney Ross]: Believed to be killed in a plane crash after Iko Uwais shoots it down, and his body is supposedly shown after when his colleagues find it. He is revealed to have faked his death by the end of the film, and it is revealed that the dead body was actually Mike Möller when Sylvester tells Jason Statham the truth about his "death".
