ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction (2009) [Lisa]: Accidentally run over by a car, ripping off her arm in the process.
Dead Ant (2017) [Sam]: Mangled from her legs to her chest and blasted out by mutant ants after she falls on a big ant hole while trying to reach a car.
Nocturne (2020) [Juliet Lowe]: After humiliating herself by not being able to play the piano in front of the public due to her anxiety, she climbs on the roof of her school and commits suicide by jumping off it while having an illusion in which she manages to play and everyone in the audience applauds her. Her body ends up dismembered in a school statue while in her last efforts she smiles as she imagines how everyone congratulates her on her talent.
Downfalls High (2021) [Scarlett]: Killed in a car crash (off-screen).
Night Teeth (2021) [Eva]: Killed (along with Megan Fox) by Alfie Allen (off-screen); her death is revealed when Alfie informs Lucy Fry.
Madame Web (2024) [Julia Cornwall]: Murdered by Tahar Rahim in a vision Dakota Johnson has. She survives the film in reality.

Criminal Minds: Outfoxed (2009) [Amy Michelle Elrod]: Strangled by Kristina Klebe. (she also murders her entire family, consisting of Maria McCann and Dylan Matzke).
Sharp Objects: Fix (2018) [Alice]: Commits suicide by drinking a bottle of drain cleaner (off-screen). Her body is shown bleeding from the nose and mouth when a horrified Amy Adams discovers her lying on the floor next to the empty bottle of drain cleaner.
The Handmaid's Tale: Postpartum (2018) [Eden Blaine]: Executed by drowning, along with Rohan Mead, for the crime of adultery.
