- Walker (1987) [Captain Hornsby]: Machine-gunned by an American soldier during the evacuation of Nicaragua, when Sy leans out of the helicopter (a deliberate anachronism) and shouts for Ed Harris to join them.
- Kinjite: Forbidden Subjects (1989) [Lavonne]: Thrown from a balcony by Charles Bronson and Perry Lopez.
- Street Asylum (1990) [Sgt. ‘Joker’ Tatum]: Stabs himself in the back (off-screen) in an attempt to remove the control implant from his spine. His body is shown afterwards while Wings Hauser and Alex Cord investigate the scene.
- Tripwire (1990) [Turbo]: Shot in the head by David Warner.
