- Ichi the Killer (Koroshiya 1) (2001) [Jiro/Saburo]: Playing a dual role as twin brothers, "Jiro" is slashed to death (off-screen) by Nao Ohmori; his body is shown afterwards when "Saburo" and Tadanobu Asano discover him. "Saburo" is then slashed to death by Nao as well.
- Shin Kamen Rider (2023) [Founder of SHOCKER]: Commits suicide by shooting himself in the head with a pistol as his robot assistant Tôri Matsuzaka watches.
