The Brain (1988) [Becky]: Thrown out a window by the alien brain creature.
Pay the Ghost (2015) [Jane]: Strangled to death by the ghost of a witch that was burned at the stake in the 17th century.

Friday the 13th: The Series: The Baron's Bride (1988) [Caitlin]: Bitten on the throat and drained of blood by Tom McCamus, when Susannah tries to prevent Tom from taking Louise Robey. Her body is later seen when John D. LeMay and Kevin Bundy discover it.
Friday the 13th: The Series: Wax Magic (1988) [Marie Chase]: Playing a wax figure magically brought to life by Angelo Rizacos, she is melted away when she accidentally starts a fire, then suicidally walks into the flames (additionally, the real "Marie" was presumably killed by Angelo some time before the story begins).
Goosebumps: The House of No Return (1997) [Ghost of Woman]: Died sometime before the events of the episode, it was mention she and her husband (Chris Britton) were found dead by the police. She later returns as a ghost, along with Chris, to kidnap children who enter their house.
Slasher: The One Who Sows His Own Flesh (2016) [Marjorie Travers]: Intentionally given an overdose of heroin by Dean McDermott.
