- Mudhoney (Rope of Flesh) (1965) [Lute Wade]: Dies of heart failure in his bedroom; his body is shown afterwards when John Furlong comes to check on him and discovers that he's dead.
- Batman Returns (1992) [Penguin's Doctor]: Presumably dies (off-screen) of old age/natural causes, at some point between the opening scene and the present-day portion of the story. (His death is not established, but considering his age at the time of the flashback, it seems a reasonable assumption.)
