- Smallville: Forever (2005) [Brendan Nash]: Attempted to freeze Tom Welling into a wax statue with his powers, but gets frozen himself when he touches Tom and having his powers reverse on him. His body would then fall off the stairs, shattering to pieces.
- Criminal Minds: Submerged (2018) [Jess Carney]: Commits suicide by tiring up with his own cinder Block and jumping into the lake.
