• Akira (1989; anime) [Ryu]: Shot by a panicking Nezu (Tony Pope) as he reports to him. Shortly after Nezu commits suicide, Ryu dies from his wound as the crowd marches past him. (For the 2001 version of Ryu's death, see Bob Buchholz)
• End of Days (1999) [Businessman]: Killed in an explosion (along with everybody else in the building) when the restaurant blows up after Gabriel Byrne walks out.
• Berserk: The Golden Age Arc II - The Battle for Doldrey (2013; anime) [Governor Gennon]: Stabbed in the eye by Griffith (Kevin T. Collins) after the battle for Doldrey.

• Power Rangers Zeo: The Power of Gold (1996) [Wolfbane]: Destroyed by Pyramidas.
• Power Rangers Turbo: The Wheel of Fate (1997) [Dreadfeather]: Destroyed by the Red Turbo Ranger's Lightning Cruiser.
• Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero: A Father's Love (Jamra) (1998) [Henchman]: Crushed by Jamila
• Power Rangers in Space: Countdown to Destruction, Part I (1998) [Darkonda]: Devoured by Dark Specter (Christopher Cho/Terence J. Rotolo) after he fired a planet-destroying missile at him, losing the last of his nine lives in the process.
• Digimon Frontier: All Aboard (2002; anime) [Cerberumon]: Kicked in the groin by Agunimon (Michael Reisz). He later turns into a digi-egg after Agunimon scanned his fractal code.
• Gungrave: Betrayal (2004; anime) [Randy]: Killed in his car when Bunji (Lex Lang), on orders from Harry McDowell (Tony Oliver) and Balladbird Lee (Steven Jay Blum), opens fire on it with his dual pistols. Randy was last seen vainly trying to escape as Bunji continues firing at the car until it explodes.
• Gungrave: Mika (2004; anime) [Butler Tokioka]: Crushed underfoot by the Orgman as Mika (Kari Wahlgren) escapes.
• Naruto: Beyond the Limit of Darkness and Light (2007; anime) [Hiruzen Sarutobi]: Dies after using the Reaper Death Seal to take away Orochimaru's (Steven Jay Blum) ability to use jutsu.
• Monster: Downfall (2009; anime) [Director Udo Heinemann]: Poisoned by Johan Liebert (Keith Silverstein).
• Sailor Moon R: Final Battle Between Light and Dark! Pledge of Love to the Future (2015; anime) [Wiseman/Death Phantom]: Destroyed by both Usagi/Neo-Queen Serenity (Stephanie Sheh) and Chibiusa (Sandy Fox) with the full power of both Silver Crystals.
• Sailor Moon Crystal: Replay -Never Ending- (2016; anime) [Wiseman/Death Phantom]: Destroyed by both Sailor Moon (Stephanie Sheh) and Sailor Chibi Moon (Sandy Fox) with a double Moon Princess Halation, blowing him up in a blue explosion (his body is the planet Nemesis).
• JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Diamond is Unbreakable: Crazy Diamond is Unbreakable, Part 2 (2019; anime) [Yoshihiro Kira]: Killed when Josuke (Billy Kametz) tricks Yoshikage Kira (D.C. Douglas) into blowing up the photograph he was in with one of Killer Queen's air bombs.

• Neverwinter Nights (2002) [Desther Indelayne]: Burned at the stake for his crimes by the people of Neverwinter.
