Fire and Ice (1983) [Lord Nekron]: The ice lord then laid wounded and begged Steve Sandor for mercy, but Steve Sandor, knowing that he would have never spared a man from death, brought his axe down, finally killing him.
Stepfather III (1992) [Mark Wraynal]: Goes to confront Robert Wightman about dating Priscilla Barnes and is hit in the knee with a shovel, causing his bone to pop out and is finished off when Wightman bashes his face multiple times with the shovel. Wightman then buries his body in a garden.
Jack Frost (1997) [Agent Manners]: Killed by Jack Frost's (voiced by Scott MacDonald) isicle teeth. (It's revealed in the sequel (Jack Frost 2: Revenge of the Mutant Killer Snowman) that the character survived (played by David Allen Brooks), however this was originally intended to be a death scene.)
Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie (2014) [General Dark Onward]: Killed in an explosion when his tank drives off a cliff while trying to shoot down the spaceship with James Rolfe and the Alien (voiced by Robbie Rist) inside.

Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans: Their Place (2018; anime) [Togonosuke Makanai]: Died of old-age (off-screen) during the timeskip.
