- Ninja Assassin (2009) [Kingpin]: Bludgeoned repeatedly by Rain into a toilet urinal at the end of a lengthy fight, after Rain realises that stabbing Stephen has no effect.
- Interview with a Hitman (2012) [Traffikant]: Shot by Luke Goss underneath a table after a lengthy conversation.
- The Big Ugly (2020) [Big James]: Shot in the head by Vinnie Jones on Malcolm McDowell's orders.
TV Deaths[]
- The Colour of Magic (Terry Pratchett's The Colour of Magic) (2008 TV) [Broadman]: Burned to death after he sets his tavern on fire in an attempt to collect insurance money from Sean Astin. We see him starting to set the fire in the cellar when he notices that Death (Marnix Van Den Broeke, voiced by Christopher Lee) is beside him, followed by a scene of Stephen (obviously a stunt double) running out of the tavern with his body in flames before the entire tavern explodes. (Played for comic effect.)
