- Kojak: Deadly Innocence (1976) [Max Fisk]: Dies when his brother, Andrew Parks, and his wheelchair fall down a flight of stairs and land on him when Andrew tries to warn Stephen about Telly Savalas coming to arrest him.
- Raid on Entebbe (1977; TV movie) [Col. 'Yonni' Netanyahu]: Shot by a sniper, while the team is rescuing the Israeli hostages.
- Columbo: Sex and the Married Detective (1989) [David Kincaid]: Shot to death by Lindsay Crouse in the therapy center's bedroom, as revenge after Lindsay discovers Stephen having an affair with Julia Montgomery.
- Murder, She Wrote: A Killing in Vegas (1991) [Frank Stinson]: Shot in the head (off-screen) by David Soul. His body is shown afterwards when a guard discovers him.
- Highlander: The Series: The Sea Witch (1992) [Alexei Voshin]: Decapitated by the propellers of his ship after he and Adrian Paul (who survives) fall overboard during their fight.
- Femme Fatales: Angel & Demons (2011) [Leland Ryan]: Shot to death (off-screen) by Makinna Ridgway.
- The Mentalist: Red Letter Day (2013) [Hollis Percy]: Bludgeoned to death with a lamp by his son (Eyal Podell).
Video Game Deaths[]
- Zork: Nemesis (Zork Nemesis: The Forbidden Lands) (1996) [General Thaddeus Kane]: Throat slit by Paul Anthony Stewart after Stephen, Lauren Koslow, Allan Kolman and William Morgan Sheppard sacrifice Merle Kennedy, some time before the story begins. He is brought back to life, along with Lauren, William and Allan, through the player's actions, and is killed again when the player uses the quintessence on the sacrificial altar before Stephen and the others can complete the ritual.
