- Posse (1993) [Jimmy Love]: Shot in the back by Billy Zane's men while Stephen is threatening Big Daddy Kane.
- Dead Above Ground (2002) [Carl Hadden]: Hacked to death with an axe (off-screen) by Josh Hammond. The scene cuts away with Stephen screaming just as the attack begins; his body is shown afterwards when Lauren German discovers him. (Thanks to Stephen)
- Half Past Dead (2002) [Hubbard]: Though he survives the actual movie, a deleted scene sees him shot by Morris Chestnut after insulting him.
TV Deaths[]
- Renegade: Rio Reno (1996) [Swede Masion]: Shot in a faceoff by Lorenzo Lamas. This is in a dream sequence.
- Castle: The Dead Pool (2011) [Himself]: According to his Poker mates (James Patterson, Dennis Lehanne, Michael Connelly and Nathan Fillion), he Dies in 2010 and his empty chair was used as an homage to him.
