- You Only Live Twice (1967) [Control Room Technician]: Either dies in explosion when the ninjas break into the control room or presumably dies when Donald Pleasence self-destructs the volcano lair (which also causes the volcano to erupt). (It's implied that only Sean Connery, Mie Hama and the rest of the ninjas got out safely due to them escape underneath a cave, the rest of the Spectre men may not have been so lucky).
- The Assassination Bureau Limited (1969) [Bureau Member]: Killed along with everyone else on the Zeppelin when Telly Savalas accidentally fires his gun causing it to explode.
