- The Unseen (1980) [Junior Keller]: Beaten over the head with a wooden beam that has a nail in it by his father (Sydney Lassick).
- Silent Rage (1982) [Charlie]: Back broken when Brian Libby crushes him in a bear-hug in the hospital corridor; he dies shortly after Chuck Norris arrives at the scene.
Television Deaths[]
- St. Elsewhere: Requiem for a Heavyweight (1988) [Dr. Elliot Axelrod]: Dies when he pulls several tubes from himself while recovering from heart surgery; his body is later seen in the morgue in the following episode (Split Decision) when Howie Mandel views it. (The final episode of the series, The Last One, revealed that the entire series had taken place only in Chad Allen's mind.)
- Back to Back (American Yakuza 2) (1996 TV movie) [Jimmy]: Shot dead (Off-screen) by Kô Takasugi when Kô discovers that he has been kidnapped by Tim Thomerson and Stephen causes the truck to brake violently and Kô shoots them both.
- Basilisk: The Serpent King (2006) [Carlton]: He is turned to stone (off-screen) by the basilisk, his petrified body discovered under rubble by Wendy Carter.
