- A Better Tomorrow (1986) [Bodyguard] Shot to death by Chow Yun-Fat.
- He Who Chases After the Wind (Bo fung hon ji) (1988) [Ah Sing] Strangled to choked the aquarium by Fui-On Shing. His corpse is shown by Alex Man.
- Dragon Fight (Lung joi tin aai) (1989) [Andy Yau] Beaten to death by Dick Wei.
- Just Heroes (Yee dam kwan ying) (1989) ['Jacky' Yuen Kei-hao] Stabbed numerous times while in prison.
- Thunder Cops II (Liu mang chai po) (1989) [Siu Yien] Stabbed in the back with a katana by Kong Fong while talking to Sandra Kwan Yue Ng.
- Lung Fong Restaurant (Lung Fung cha lau) (1990) [Rubbish Pool] Stabbed to death in a gang fight.
- The Unmatchable Match (Fung yue tung lo) (1990) [Cheung Lon] Shot numerous times during the nightmare. He survives in the films reality.
- The Mad Monk (Chai Gung) (1993) [Dragon Fighter Lo Han/Chan's Son] Hit with a bolt of lightening as Chan's Son. He is reincarnated right on the spot as his other character Dragon Fighter lo Han. Han dies when he goes into the mouth of the ruler of the underworld and they both explode. He is then reincarnated as a elder God.
- Love on Delivery (Poh wai ji wong) (1994) [Ho Kam-An] Shot numerous times by Christy Chung. This turns out to be a day dream Stephen is having and he survives the film in reality. In another day dream that Christy Chung is having, Stephen gets his head punched off by Ben Lam
- Out of the Dark (Wui wan yeh) (1995) [Leon]: Chainsawed by Karen Mok while Stephen is possessed by Chi-Fai Chow in order to vanguish Chi. He returns at the very end of the film as ghost in front of Karen.
- CJ7 (Cheung gong 7 hou) (2008) [Ti] Falls off a building during a construction accident. He is brought back to life when the alien heals his wounds while his body is laying in the morgue.
