Doc Martin: Preserve The Romance S5 E1 (2011) [Joan Norton]: A regular in the previous series, she does not appear in this episode as we learn she has been found in her crashed car having had a heart attack.
Inside No. 9: Dead Line (2018) [Moira/Stephanie Cole]: Playing both herself and a character in a fictional episode of Inside No. 9, Stephanie dies when she's forced to cut her own throat by the ghosts haunting the TV studio. Moira's fate is left unclear as the fictional episode never airs.
Coronation Street (25th January 2019 (I)) [Sylvia Goodwin]: Dies (off-screen) from a heart attack. (David Neilson goes to see her but she dies before he arrives.)
The Cleaner: The Aristocrat (2021) [Vivien Hozier]: Accidentally slips on a bar of soap when Stephanie Cole was attempting to put away a gold club while going up the stairs, causing her to fall down and hit her head at the bottom of the stairs. She is confirmed to have died when Greg Davies checks on her pulse and calls the police. Moments before her death, she had confessed to killing a burglar and boasted that her lawyers would be prevent her from facing consequences.
