- The Invisible Maniac (1990) [Mrs. Cello]: Stabbed in the chest with a letter opener by Noel Peters in her office, after she tries to seduce and blackmail him; we only see his hand bringing the letter-opener down. Her body is shown afterwards lying on the floor when Melissa Moore and Robert R. Ross Jr. sneak into her office to make love (without ever noticing her), and again later on when Jason Logan discovers her. (Nudity alert: Topless right before being stabbed)
