- Warning Shot (1967) [Liz Thayer]: Beaten and strangled (off-screen) by George Grizzard. We learn of her death afterwards when Keenan Wynn informs David Janssen; her body is not shown. (Thanks to Mac)
TV Deaths[]
- Topper Returns (1973) [Marian Kirby]: Plays a ghost who was killed in a car accident (along with John Fink) decades before the story begins; she and John appear to Roddy McDowall throughout the episode. (This was a pilot that was not picked up as a series, though a new Topper series was later begun with Kate Jackson in the role.)
- Deceptions (1985) [Stephanie Roberts]: Plays a dual role as identical twin sisters. Stephanie dies in a bomb blast on a yacht after switching places with identical twin Sabrina.
