Carrie (1976) [Mr. Morton]: Electrocuted when Sissy Spacek’s telekinetic powers cause the microphone to short circuit as Stefan and Sydney Lassick grab the stand.
Silver Streak (1976) [Professor Schreiner/Johnson]: Playing a dual role, “Schreiner” is shot to death (off-screen) after being beaten by Patrick McGoohan’s thugs; his body is shown afterwards when Gene Wilder sees him hanging outside the window of the train. “Johnson” is later shot in the chest in a shoot-out with Gene on the train.

Falcon Crest: Lord of the Valley (1984) [Sam Gianinni]: Died when Ken Letner pushed a barrel of wine on top of him.
The Twilight Zone: A Small Talent for War (1986) [Russian Diplomat]: Killed (off-screen), along with the rest of the world, by John Glover and the other aliens, as punishment for their insufficient warmongering; the episode ends as the alien ships descend from the sky.
