Story[]

Trivia[]
- Carrie Fisher’s final film, fittingly enough it’s her most famous/popular role “Leia”. A role she played in only her second film.
- Director Rian Johnson has said that Luke Skywalker, not Rey, is the last Jedi.
- Benicio Del Toro was previously cast as Darth Maul, the primary antagonist of Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (1999), but dropped out after George Lucas removed most of Maul's lines from the script.
- On the final poster, all characters are placed to subtly shape the pattern of Darth Vader's mask.
