Spontaneous Combustion (1990) [Peggy Bell]: Burned to death, along with Brian Bremer, when they both spontaneously combust shortly after the birth of their baby.
Relentless 3 (1993) [Toni Keely]: Stabbed to death and partially skinned (off-screen) by William Forsythe; her body is shown afterwards lying in a field. (Nudity alert: Rear)

Santa Barbara: Episode 865 (1988) [Hayley Benson]: Hit by a car driven by a drunk Michelangelo Kowalski as she pushed Todd McGee out of the way. She died in Rick Edwards’ arms.
Silk Stalkings: callme@murder.com (1997) [Mildred Austin/DreamWeaver]: Shot to death by Chris Potter as she was about to shoot Janet Gunn.
Touched by an Angel: A Feather on the Breath of God (2002) [Lorena/Rose]: Dies of a brain tumor before she has time to tell Bob Gunton that she was his only surviving daughter. We last see her falling down the stairs at her daughter, Sarah Hyland's dance recital. Her death is confirmed when John Dye tells Bob and Roma Downey in his office.
Criminal Minds: Ashes and Dust (2007) [Charlotte Cutler]: Fatally burned after Sean O'Bryan sets fire to her house and seals the exits; we last see her in the hospital while Thomas Gibson questions her, and her subsequent (off-screen) death is confirmed when Thomas informs the other agents.
Ghost Whisperer: Bad Blood (2007) [Liz Sinclair]: Falls to her death from a cliff in a hiking accident, when Alan Ruck is forced to let go of her hand in order to save their daughter (Kay Panabaker). She appears as a ghost to Jennifer Love Hewitt, and her death is shown in a flashback sequence.
