- Acquitted (1916) [Charles Ryder]: Murdered by W.J. Freemont during a robbery.
- The Flying Torpedo (1916) [Bartholomew Thompson]: Gassed by Fred J. Butler and his men in order to steal Spottiswoode's invention.
- Macbeth (1916) [Duncan]: Stabbed to death in his sleep by Herbert Beerbohm Tree.
- Intolerance: Love's Struggle Throughout the Ages (1916) [Brown Eyes's Father]: Stabbed by Josephine Crowell's men during the St. Bartholomew's Day Massacre.
- The White Circle (1920) [Bernard Huddlestone]: Shot to death by criminals whose money he had embezzled and lost.
- The Two-Gun Man (1926) [Dad Randall]: Dies as a result of the stress caused to him by Sheldon Lewis's gang.
