• Spriggan (2001; anime) [Little Boy]: Killed inside a truck when it explodes, having inadvertently damaged it earlier trying to kill Andy McAvin.

Television Deaths

• Excel Saga: Elegy to the Dogs (Menchi's Great Adventure) (2002; anime) [Taikomochi]: Voicing an anthropomorphic dog, he was presumably killed by the Animal Control Hounds as he tries to buy time for Hilary Haag, Vic Mignogna, Emily Carter-Essex and Phil Ross. (Played for comic effect)
• Full Metal Panic!: One Night Stand (2003; anime) [Takuma Kaguyama]: Dies in the arms of Hilary Haag from wounds sustained from the collapse of the Behemoth as a result of Chris Patton shooting at its Lamdba Driver.
• Gantz: They Aren't Human (2005; anime) [Green Onion Alien]: Repeatedly shot by Jay Hickman, Russell Freeman, Rob Mungle and John Swasey, severely mutilating him to the horror of Illich Guardiola and Shannon Emerick. He is immediately finished off by Rob with a shot to the head, causing it to explode.
• Bleach: Rukia's Battle Commences! The Freezing White Blade (2009; anime) [Di Roy Rinker]: Dies when he gets frozen by Rukia (Michelle Ruff), and then broken apart.
• Code Geass: Betrayal (2009; anime) [Rolo Lamperouge]: Dies from overusing his Geass while trying to save Johnny Yong Bosch from the Black Knights; he dies shortly after talking to Johnny.
• JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Stardust Crusaders: The Devil (2017; anime) [Ebony Devil]: Voicing a Stand possessing a doll, he dies when Polnareff's (Doug Erholtz) Stand, Silver Chariot, cuts him up just as he tries to attack Polnareff again, the Stand's destruction also causing Devo (Edward Bosco) to die as the Stand's injuries are connected to his.

OVA Deaths

• Battle Angel: Tears Sign (1996; anime) [Yugo]: A human transformed into a cyborg by Dr. Ido (Guil Lunde), on top of having most of his body destroyed by the defense spikes on the factory tube, he dies when he falls to his death from the factory tube after one final conversation with Gally (Amanda Winn Lee), with Gally holding on to his cyborg arm.

Video Game Deaths

• BlazBlue: Continuum Shift (2010) [Arakune]: In Litchi's (Lauren Landa) story mode, he is killed by her to get the bad ending. (He survives in all endings)
