Sorrell Booke (1930 - 1994)
Film Deaths []
- Slaughterhouse-Five (1972) [Lionel Merble]: Killed when his charter plane crashes into a mountain (though his death is never confirmed, it's implied that his son-in-law Michael Sacks was the only survivor of the plane crash, as was the case in the novel).
- Devil Times Five (The Horrible House on the Hill; People Toys) (1974) [Harvey Beckman]: Hit on the head with an axe by Leif Garrett outside the house; his body is shown again later on when the children have arranged their victims around the table for a "tea party".
TV Deaths []
- The Wild Wild West: The Night of the Egyptian Queen (1968) [Heisel]: Stabbed when a knife is released from a booby-trapped sarcophagus holding an ancient treasure.
- Columbo: The Bye-Bye Sky High I.Q. Murder Case (1977) [Bertie Hastings]: Shot to death by Theodore Bikel, after Sorrell threatens to expose Theodore's embezzlement. (Thanks to Dignan)
- The Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion! (1997) [Jefferson Davis 'boss' Hogg]: Dies (off-screen) some time before the movie begins. (the character's death was established due to Sorrell's real-life death between the end of the TV series The Dukes of Hazard and this movie).
