- Doctor Who: The Girl in the Fireplace (2006) [Reinette, Madame de Pompadour]: Dies (off-screen) of tuberculosis; we learn of her death afterwards when David Tennant comes back in time to take her with him, only to discover that he's arrived after her death.
- Dracula (Bram Stoker's Dracula) (2006) [Lucy Westenra]: Bitten on the throat and partially drained of blood by Marc Warren; she dies in the hospital afterwards after Tom Burke tries to save her a blood transfusion. She later comes back to life as a vampire, and is stabbed in the chest with a wooden stake by Dan Stevens.
