- Truth or Dare (2018) [Penelope Amari]: Accidentally shot to death by Aurora Perrineau who shoots a bullet from her magnum pistol at Lucy Hale and Sophia got shot instead, shielding herself in front of Lucy to save her. She bleeds out quickly to death as a result of a bullet in her heart before passing away in Lucy's arms.
