House of the Dead (2003) [Cynthia]: Killed by zombies in the tent. She later comes back to life as a zombie, and is shot in the head by Ellie Cornell.
The Tooth Fairy (2006) [Cherise]: Hacked to death by the tooth fairy by having her arms and feet being shot by a nail gun and taking her arms out with a sledgehammer.
Watchmen (2009) [Adrian Veidt's Assistant]: Possibly dies from being shot in the leg and hand with a revolver by Douglas Chapman during Douglas' assassination attempt on Matthew Goode; the film does not specify if her injuries were fatal. (The theatrical version only shows her being shot in the leg; the unrated version depicts both injuries.)
Secrets of Eden (2012) [Alice Hayward]: Strangled to death by her husband (Graham Abbey) during an argument in which Sonya confesses to cheating on him with John Stamos; her body is later shown being discovered by their daughter Samantha Munro.

A Lover's Revenge (2005) [Ashley]: Smothered with a pillow by William R. Moses.
Malibu Shark Attack (2009) [Barbara "Barb" Simmons]: Eaten by a shark after it bursts through the floor of the lifeguard hut and grabs her.
Supernatural: Frontierland (2011) [Rachel]: Stabbed in her back during a fight by Misha Collins with Angel-blade causing her angel-self to incinerate inside her human vessel body.
