- Doctor Carver (2021) [Pepper]: Stabbed in both breasts with a kitchen knife by Danielle Scott. The character does return in the sequel despite this but it was clearly intended as a death scene originally because her blood is later used by Zuza Tehanu as a sacrifice, and it's established that the characters have to die for this to happen.
- Jack and Jill (2021) [Janey]: Hit in the face with an axe by Antonia Whillans.
- Croc! (2022) [Tina]: Dragged underwater by a crocodile after she falls into a swimming pool. Her body is shown floating in the pool later, showing she presumably drowned.
