- Scream (1996) [Billy Loomis]: Shot in the head by Neve Campbell when he suddenly sits up, after already having been stabbed in the stomach by Matthew Lillard, stabbed in the chest with a sharp umbrella by Neve (wearing the 'ghostface' costume) and shot in the chest by Courteney Cox.
