• Bloodfight (1989) [Ryu Tenmei]: Neck snapped at the end of a bloody fight against Bolo Yeung.
• Naked Killer (Chik loh go yeung) (1992) [Tinam]: Commits suicide by shooting a gas oven causing a fire to start and engulf him and Chingmy Yau who is already dying of poison.

• Full Contact (Xia dao Gao Fei; Chivalrous Thief Gao Fei) (1993) [Judge]: Shot in the throat in a shoot-out with Chow Yun-Fat. (Thanks to Morrissey and Adam)

• Final Romance (Yuen mong shu; Wishing Tree) (2001) [Jean's Father]: Dies (off-screen) of cancer in the hospital; we learn of his death afterwards in Amanda Strang's narration. (Thanks to David31)

• Wake of Death (2004) [Sun Quan]: Shot in the chest in a shoot-out with Jean-Claude Van Damme.

• Killzone (S.P.L.; Saat po long) (2005) [Insp. Chan Kwok-Chung]: Dies of brain cancer while sitting on the beach.

• Triad Election (Election II; Hak se wui yi wo wai kwai) (2006) [Lam Lok]: Head bashed in after being hit in the head with multiple hammer blows by his own men.

• Exiled (Fong Juk) (2006) [Boss Fay]: Shot to death by Anthony Wong Chau-Sang in the films climatic shoot-out.

• Triad Wars (Duo shuai) (2008) [Lin Ho Tung]: While he's not dead by the end of the film, the films last shot is that of a gun right behind his head about to fire. The screen goes black right before the trigger is pressed.

• Vengeance (Fuk Sau) (2009) [George Fung]: Shot in the head by Johnny Hallyday.

• Storm Warriors (Fung wan II) (2009) [Lord Godless]: Is turned into stone and is then shattered into a thousand pieces.

• Bodyguards and Assassins (Shi yue wei cheng) (2009) [General Fang Tian]: Stabbed multiple times in the chest.

• King of Triads (Mit Moon) (2010) [Funky]: Stabbed in the chest with a pole by Any On in a duel.
