- Thank You, Mr. Moto (1937) [Herr Koerger]: Shot to death by Peter Lorre during the fight.
TV Deaths[]
- Bonanza: The Dream Riders (1961) [Major John Cayley]: Shot to death with a gun by Stuart Nisbet during the struggle in the hot air balloon.
- Alfred Hitchcock Presents: The Faith of Aaron Menefee (1962) [Otis Jones]: Still alive at the end of the show when he is shown meeting gun-wielding killer-on-the-run Don Hamner. Alfred's last narration states the killer was later apprehended but only after 'doing away with' Otis Jones. (Thanks to Brian)
- The Outer Limits: The Hundred Days of the Dragon (1963) [William Lyons Selby]: Playing a dual role as the real 'Selby' and the impostor (Clarence Lung's character), the real 'Selby' is shot to death in his hotel room by the impostor, after the impostor alters his appearance, in order for the impostor to assume the role as the leading presidential candidate.
