Synopsis[]
Ana (Nora Aunor) is a mute woman who lives in some far mountain area with her ill father, who is looking for a man to marry Ana. When Ana eventually meets Michael (Albert Martinez), he expresses interest in getting married to her due of the potential inheritance of land from her father. Ana meets Mayang (Glydel Mercado) without ask the permission about traveling husband present, and the two begin developing a close connection after learning that Mayang is also wed to Michael. However, Michael becomes a darkest obsession to Ana and Mayang.
