Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018)
Director: Stefano Sollima
Plot[]
The drug war on the US-Mexico border has escalated as the cartels have begun trafficking terrorists across the US border. To fight the war, federal agent turned lone wolf CIA operative Matt Graver (Josh Brolin) re-teams with the hardened, bereft and mercurial DA turned Sicario Alejandro Gillick (Benicio Del Toro). Ordered to stamp out this newest Narcoterrorism, Matt warns to do this he and his partner must be allowed to be both cut loose without any form of restraints or morals. But when Alejando is called upon to assassinate Isabela Reyes (Isabela Moner) daughter to a major drug baron for a false flag operation that will incite a war between cartels, Gillick's long buried conscious suddenly resurfaces forcing him to go on the run, now betrayed and marked for death by his own former allies.
