- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002) [Moaning Myrtle]: Dies (off-screen) when she looks the basilisk in the eye, 50 years before the story begins; she appears as a ghost throughout the movie, and we learn the details of her death when she tells her story to Daniel Radcliffe. (She reprises her role as the ghost in the 2005 sequel Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.)
- Frozen (2005) [Kath Swarbrick]: Drowned when Jamie Sives knocks her unconscious and throws her overboard. (Thanks to Brian)
- Tale of Tales (2015) [Imma]: Skinned alive by a sharpener (Kenneth Collard) in woods. She dies off-screen after approaching the castle.
TV Deaths[]
- Doctor Who: Love & Monsters (2006) [Ursula Blake]: Absorbed by the Abzorbaloff. She dies when Marc Warren breaks his stick causing the Abzorbaloff to disintegrate. She is partially brought back from the dead by David Tennant's sonic screwdriver.
